4. Google OAuth and Search Console Data
Purpose of Google access: GVPAK SEO Analytics connects to Google Search Console to show website search performance, identify content opportunities, and support SEO reporting and content planning. The connection is initiated by an authorized user and is not required for visitors to browse the GVPAK packaging website.
Google permission requested
The application is designed to use the following Google Search Console read-only permission:

This permission allows the application to read Search Console information for website properties that the connecting Google account is permitted to access. It does not allow the application to edit Search Console settings, modify websites, or change Google account information.
Types of Google data accessed
Search performance
Search queries, landing page URLs, clicks, impressions, average position, and click-through rate.
Reporting dimensions
Performance breakdowns by date, country, device, and search appearance where available.
Website properties
Search Console property identifiers and relevant property data accessible to the authorized account.
Authorization information
OAuth tokens required to maintain a user-authorized connection, if ongoing access is enabled.
We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or unrelated Google account content through this Search Console integration. We do not ask users to provide their Google passwords to our application.
How authorization works
When you connect a Google account, Google presents a consent screen explaining the permissions requested. After your consent, Google issues authorization credentials that the application uses to retrieve permitted Search Console data. You can revoke the connection at any time using your Google Account settings.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use website and LinkedIn inquiry information to respond to inquiries and requests, prepare quotations, provide information about our products, services, or events where appropriate, and follow up regarding your interest in GREEN VALLEY. You may opt out of promotional communications using the instructions in the message or by contacting us.
We use data obtained through Google Search Console for the following application functions:

AI-assisted analysis
When an authorized user chooses an AI-assisted SEO analysis feature, selected search performance information, such as search queries, page URLs, and aggregated metrics, may be processed to generate the requested report or recommendations. Where an external AI service provider is involved, only the information necessary for that feature should be transmitted under appropriate service-provider protections and with the user’s informed authorization. OAuth access tokens and Google account passwords are not intended to be included in AI analysis inputs.
Google user data is not used for training generalized AI or machine-learning models, targeting advertisements, or building data products for resale.
6. Data Sharing and Limited Use
We do not sell personal information submitted through our website or LinkedIn Lead Gen campaigns. We may share it with trusted service providers that help us host our website, process submissions, or manage customer inquiries under appropriate confidentiality and privacy safeguards; when required by law or regulatory obligations; or when you direct or consent to the disclosure.
We do not sell Google Search Console user data, provide it to data brokers, or use it for advertising, retargeting, or profiling unrelated to the application.
Google user data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf only where necessary to deliver an application feature requested by an authorized user, maintain security, or comply with applicable law. Such providers must be subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-use restrictions. We do not permit independent marketing or other unrelated use of this data.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. We limit Google user data access and use to the features disclosed in this policy and the application interface.

Access to stored data should be limited to authorized personnel and systems with a legitimate operational need.

8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain website inquiries and LinkedIn Lead Gen submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide relevant follow-up, manage business relationships, and meet applicable legal requirements. You can request deletion or withdraw consent where applicable by contacting us.
For Google-connected information, we retain OAuth credentials and stored Search Console reporting data only for as long as necessary to provide the authorized application features, maintain the connection, or meet applicable legal and security requirements. Information no longer required is deleted or de-identified in accordance with the application’s operational retention procedures.
You may request the removal of Google-connected data and associated stored authorization credentials by emailing [email protected] with the subject Google Data Deletion Request. We may need to verify your authority over the connected account or property before processing the request. Applicable legal obligations and limited backup retention may affect the timing of complete removal.
Important: Revoking access in Google Account settings stops future authorized access but may not automatically delete data previously saved in application reports. Please contact us if you also want stored copies deleted.
9. Your Rights and Choices
- Withdraw consent or opt out: Where our use of inquiry or LinkedIn form data depends on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also request that we stop sending optional promotional messages.
- Connect voluntarily: You decide whether to authorize your Google Search Console account.
